Ken Mosier
Advisory Board Chair & Mentor
Ken is an experienced marketer, sales, and business development leader. With over 40 years of professional experience. Ken has extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and training in settings ranging from entrepreneurial startups to multinational leaders in the Oil and Chemical industries.
Ericka Miller
Advisory Board & Mentor
Ericka Miller is a relationship-focused real estate leader with a strong understanding of retail, industrial, and office real estate lifecycles and associated strategies to exceed business goals. She has worked with Fortune 100 and very small companies and has experience in real estate as a real estate paralegal, loan officer, and financial analyst.
Michelle Choudek
Advisory Board Liaison to Scott County CDA Board
Michelle began her commission on the CDA board in January 2022 and is the liaison to the CFE board. She is a partner in an engineering consulting firm located in Prior Lake, and is a former member of the Prior Lake Economic Authority and part of the initial PL business incubator and creation of Technology Village.
Chad Koepke
Advisory Board & Mentor
Chad Koepke is the Chief Financial Officer at The State Bank of Faribault in Prior Lake, Minnesota. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. With extensive experience in the banking sector, Chad has served in various leadership roles, contributing to his deep expertise in financial management and banking operations.
Lisa Lavin

Lisa is a serial entrepreneur known for living outside the box. She is the founder and CEO of three companies: Ōmcare, a digital health company; Answer Innovation, a technology incubator and holding company and PetChatz, a Digital Daycare system for home-alone pets.
Candice Wachter
Mentor
Candice, a Certified Executive Coach and adjunct instructor, is known for her hands-on leadership and innovative strategies. Active in Minnesota's communities, she supports underrepresented groups and delivers successful outcomes across diverse organizations and industries. She also mentors startups and small to mid-size businesses in her spare time.
Adam Proehl

Adam is a partner and has been instrumental in building NordicClick, an $18MM cutting-edge digital marketing agency. With a background in marketing and an established network of industry peers, executives, service providers, and investors, he understands what it takes to succeed.
George Winn
Advisory Board & Mentor
George Winn, an accomplished businessman with a rich background in diverse business ventures. Holding a DDS degree from the University of Minnesota He has actively served on numerous boards and received various awards for his outstanding contributions. With in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, George's leadership was instrumental during his 19-year tenure on the board of ElectroMed Inc, a company actively traded on the NYSE. Beyond his business acumen, George is deeply committed to his community. His philanthropic and civic engagement reflects his dedication to making a positive impact. George's wealth of experience and entrepreneurial spirit make him a valuable addition to the Center for Entrepreneurship Advisory Board.
Sarah Jones
Mentor
Sarah has spent most of her career in healthcare technology, including the successful sale of a healthcare technology startup. She currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at MemoryWell, a digital data platform that promotes person-centered care through life storytelling.
