Communities Jordan

Warm country feeling, minutes from the cities

Nestled along the wooded bluffs and rolling hills of Scott County, Jordan has a country feeling while only being minutes from the metro. The city has over 95 acres of industrial park space and plenty of new roads and infrastructure to support future growth. And it’s right up the road from Minnesota’s Largest Candy Store!

Jordan has a long history of baseball and home to the Jordan Brewers amateur baseball team. State champions in 1984, 1994, and 2004, their name nods to the brewery that called Jordan home around the turn of the century, now noted on the National Register of Historical Places.

Housing for Seniors

Affordable 55+ Housing

With a lack of affordable rental options for an aging population, the city of Jordan needed to find a solution. We collaborated to develop 50 market rate apartments, ranging from studios to three bedrooms for a vibrant senior community. In addition to the homes, we developed spaces for a library, clinic, and pharmacy.
