The Scott County CDA is looking for a dedicated team player for the position of PROJECT BASED HOUSING MANAGER
At the Scott County CDA, we invest in possibilities to live and work in Scott County. In this role, you will be a vital part of the housing department by managing CDA-owned and other Project Based programs including supervising staff, ensuring properties always run and look great, following all program regulations and laws, coordinating inspections, communicating with diverse tenants, mediating disputes, exhibiting excellent customer service, performing monthly accounting updates and much more!
Do I qualify?
You will need 3-5 years of experience serving diverse populations in housing program administration or property rental and leasing, as well as staff supervision experience.
You will need a Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in housing or business administration, social work, or related field. Equivalent combined education and experience will be considered by having of 5-7 years of directly related experience for an Associate’s Degree and 7-10 years of directly related experience for a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
