Frequently Asked Questions
You need to select Applicant Login, not Resident. Go to the waiting list page, select the waiting list you want too apply for, then select Applicant Login at the top.
Select “I want to use my existing account” then type in your email address and password.
You need to start the registration process over with your new password. Go back to the main portal page, select Applicant Login, “Click Here to register” and then “I don’t have a code”. Enter registration information and select “use my existing account.” Then enter your new password.
Register and login to one of the portals (Affordable Portal for the Rural Development properties OR the PHA Portal for PBV/Prior Manor)
Once registered in one portal, go to the other portal link above. Select Applicant Login, “Click Here to register” and then “I don’t have a code,” then type in the registration information again. You will prompted and should select “use my existing account.” Use the same user and password as the other account. Both your applicant accounts will then merged together and you should be able to see all waiting lists.
