Ken Mosier
Advisory Board Chair & Mentor
Ken is an experienced marketer, sales, and business development leader. With over 40 years of professional experience. Ken has extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and training in settings ranging from entrepreneurial startups to multinational leaders in the Oil and Chemical industries.
Ericka Miller
Advisory Board & Mentor
Ericka Miller is a relationship-focused real estate leader with a strong understanding of retail, industrial, and office real estate lifecycles and associated strategies to exceed business goals. She has worked with Fortune 100 and very small companies and has experience in real estate as a real estate paralegal, loan officer, and financial analyst.
Michelle Choudek
Advisory Board Liaison to Scott County CDA Board
Michelle began her commission on the CDA board in January 2022 and is the liaison to the CFE board. She is a partner in an engineering consulting firm located in Prior Lake, and is a former member of the Prior Lake Economic Authority and part of the initial PL business incubator and creation of Technology Village.
Chad Koepke
Advisory Board & Mentor
Chad Koepke is the Chief Financial Officer at The State Bank of Faribault in Prior Lake, Minnesota. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. With extensive experience in the banking sector, Chad has served in various leadership roles, contributing to his deep expertise in financial management and banking operations.
Candice Wachter

Candice is a Certified Executive Coach, dynamic Executive leader, and strategic business partner that designs and transforms best practices for organizations to be able to focus on operating their business and excel in growth, value and performance in organizations ranging from startups, nonprofits and growing companies to large, established, and highly regulated and customer service-oriented industries. She holds a Bachelors Business Management and a Master of Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She is known for her hands-on leadership and innovative strategies and she mentors startups and small to mid-size businesses in her spare time.

He is adept at aligning development strategies with organizational goals, optimizing operational efficiency, and championing workforce development.
