Speaker 1: Paula Skoviera: Princess Paula Consulting
Bio: Affectionately known as Princess Paula, is a dynamic speaker, trainer, emcee, and business development strategist with more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, national franchises, chambers, nonprofits, and solopreneurs. Through her company, Princess Paula Consulting, she helps businesses use networking, marketing, Google, and AI/ChatGPT to connect with customers and grow with confidence.
Known for her high-energy, fun, and practical style, Paula’s presentations blend strategy with storytelling, leaving audiences motivated and equipped with tools they can put to work immediately. She is also the co-host of Royally Unhinged: THE Podcast, where she and her co-host go off the rails (in the best way) on all things marketing, networking, and wizardry bringing real-world insights, bold opinions, and lots of laughs to business owners and professionals.
Beyond the stage, Paula is a professional musician, and every holiday season she steps into the role of Mrs. Claus alongside her Santa husband. Speaker 2: Caroline Holden: Swift Start Go & MN Women in AI
Bio: Creative technologist with a background spanning startups, AI, venture capital, advertising, comedy, and film. She helped sell a data/AI startup to Snowflake in four months as Head of Marketing, scaled a grocery delivery app 10,000% during the first 3 months of the pandemic, and even built (and shut down) her own social real estate app. Today, she runs Swift Start Go, a media platform and consultancy exploring the intersection of AI, creativity, and the future of work. Caroline is also the co-founder of Minnesota Women in AI, a growing community of innovators, technologists, and creatives advancing responsible AI adoption across industries.
Speaker 3: Shannon Seaver: Create MPLS
Bio: Founder and CEO of TailorEDU, an AI-powered Ed-Tech SAAS company that has developed a learning management system addressing equity gaps for 10.4 million English Language Learners and 7.5 million students with IEPs. A Tekne Award-winning National Board-Certified Teacher with 18+ years of classroom experience and a master’s in mathematics, Shannon is also the Executive Director of createMPLS, a Minnesota nonprofit focused on computer science education. She is working in partnership with the University of Minnesota for AI teacher certification.

Bio: Founder and CEO of AI Mentors, where she guides executives and organizations in implementing practical, ethical AI solutions. With over 20 years of marketing leadership experience, Michelle has led global marketing initiatives for major brands including Nike, John Deere, Eddie Bauer, and Ashley Furniture, as well as private equity-backed firms.
Michelle specializes in helping regulated industries navigate AI adoption by bridging the gap between strategic vision and practical execution. Her approach combines deep marketing expertise with AI literacy, enabling organizations to leverage technologies such as machine learning, large language models, and predictive analytics to optimize customer experiences and drive sustainable growth.
