Dear Community Members:

We are excited to share some exciting news with all of you. After consideration and planning, we are proud to announce the successful purchase of land from the Shakopee School District.  Acquiring this land aligns with our need for a new CDA office building as well as increasing housing capacity through construction of a 60 unit age 55+ apartment. 

We understand the importance of community development and are committed to ensuring that our projects align with the needs and values of our community members. We will be working closely with the City of Shakopee, architects, and community members to ensure that both the office space and senior building are thoughtfully integrated into the surrounding neighborhood.

We look forward to this new chapter with enthusiasm and optimism and are thankful to the Shakopee School Board, Superintendent Redmond, and staff, for their partnership throughout this process.
