The CDA is proud to assist some of our most vulnerable populations through rental assistance vouchers designated for special populations. Funding for the following programs is made possible through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or Minnesota Housing and is administered by the CDA with the support of Scott County Health and Human Services.

The Bridges Rental Assistance Program provides housing assistance for people with very low incomes and mental illness. Bridges is designed to help people with high needs by providing a housing subsidy linked with community mental health services.
Housing Trust Fund
The Housing Trust Fund is a short-term rental assistance program that serves households experiencing long-term homelessness in our community. The short-term rent subsidy helps stabilize housing while giving households the time to work with community services to transition to more long-term, affordable housing.
