The CDA is excited to announce the upcoming availability of our last 4-bedroom home a part of Phase I of the Moraine development. This newly constructed homes feature stylish finishes, open layouts, and are located in a beautiful neighborhood. They are offered through our Community Land Trust program, which helps low- to moderate-income households in Scott County achieve the dream of homeownership.

The Scott County CDA has concluded Phase I of construction for the Moraine Addition development. Phase II is expected to begin in September 2026.
