Housing Maintenance Technician
The Scott County Community Development Agency (SC-CDA) in Shakopee, MN, is accepting applications for a full-time Housing Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance work on the Agency’s affordable housing properties in Scott County. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing occupied residential units, rehab of vacant units, inspection of residential buildings and units and regular maintenance checks of buildings systems including boiler, plumbing, electrical, etc. On-call after-hours rotation required. Minimum Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Associates/Technical degree preferred), 5 years skilled maintenance experience, a valid Minnesota driver’s license and a good driving record. Must be able to lift and transport heavy equipment and appliances. Previous experience with HUD’s Housing Quality Standards and Uniform Physical Condition Standards is desirable. Starting minimum pay $19.66 per hour.
